Online Profile Missing

Good day all.

Was playing a round on =HOG=, My game froze and I had to do a hard reboot to get my machine to respond. Caps and Num lock lights where working while the machine was frozen. After reboot. Online Profile is no longer there yet the offline Profile is OK.

Possible corruption of the online files? If so any ideas on a fix?

Not to worry, I did an account retrieval and the had to reset the profiles. All is working..
