Can't seem to join the HOG PR server after changing ISP, 5G issues

Can't seem to join the HOG PR server after changing ISP, 5G issues was created by Port
I can join other servers just fine but everytime i try to join the HOG server, I get the game message (The Server Refused the connection. Possible Reasons: The Client lost connection to the login server -Requires a higher Pr account level -The server denied your account)
it is a 5g connection seems to the problem.
