Map voting

I believe most of the "?" are woodland type vegetation, but I'm not sure.

1. Run a vote on AAS and Insurgency
2. Vote 3 maps in alphabetical order with the mode that won.
3. Setnext with the winning map.
If a crash occurs just pick up where we left off in the alphabet.

Just some feedback regarding running the AAS/INS vote first.

It's confusing AF.

Alphabetical followed by AAS/INS vote is much, much simpler and avoids that whole "Where were we again?" thing.

As it is, it's bouncing around from AAS list to INS list, back and forth. It's not easier, it's more confusing.
