Haley, the only ban I issued was for the guy who tked me and another player in main, right after I tb Barn for squadleading again a 2nd time without being able to speak English.

We have no problem to recognize our faults. Yes, we should read the rules, I relied on the judgment of one of our members on that, because I do not usually play here. But I tried to answer the problem, quickly as possible. Yes, not all of us speak English, but I do. Or at least try to do. We are wrong? Yes, but we are not disrespectful.

Action: We left the squad for an infantry squad.

I decided to lead, to avoid further problems with the rules. A member created a new squad (player -barnabe) and left locked, only to regroup. And it takes some time to reorganize. We would not keep the squad closed. Because

I condemned that action and he was punished for it . He deserves to be banned. Until he apologize or you guys decide. All I was trying to say is that we did not have any intention to harm the server, or the game of any player. I think there was a misunderstanding. We do not want to disrupt the server or what it represents. I was actually trying to fix and understand the situation.

English is the primary language for this server, you must speak English to use heavy assets.

SL did not speak english, and neither did the majority in the apc sqd.

Both the SL and all the users of heavy assets must speak english, not just the leader.

Hugo, as ive tried to explain to you, when I generalize, its not because of race. Its one from experience and simple statistics. We have had so many Brazilians and Chinese players on the server who does not understand nor speak any English. Ive tried on many occasions to say to those to follow the rules and to read them, buts its like having a blind man explaining colors.
If i really wanted I could bring up logs of how ive resigned, kicked, and tempbanned the same players over and over and over for the same offense, and the 98% of those where either Brazilian or Chinese.
