Ban appeal

Ban reason: Don't know, might have banned wrong person.

Context:
I never teamkill or do anything to grief the server, one day i try to log into the server and i have been banned. I do not understand how this happened and see no possible reason for my ban.

I was not actually trying to ram him, i was doing trans and was on a mission to get crates to the frontline.. I was near the frontline and just as i was getting close to drop point i saw the enemy CAS helicopter flying low, meanwhile our team's CAS squad(who was nearby, higher up) screamed at me to be careful so i chose to try to gain altitude to join up with the friendly CAS helicopter.. an air battle ensued and i was trying to stay as close to our CAS as i could to get some cover.

Enemy CAS and our CAS was close so i just tried to flare for him until the battle was over and i was safe. There must have been a whole lot of confusion from the enemy CAS's perspective. I never tried to ram, or ram anyone.

If i had the chance to do this again, i would rather have just died in my helicopter than do what i did. I'm sorry.

It might seem obvious but the enemy CAS was chasing me it seemed, the whole incident happened within the period of approximately one minute so i was not just "hangin around".. i got out as soon as i could.

In hindsight i should have not even gone there since enemy CAS was active, I was just trying to be creative and get out safely. I am no troll.

From the information given to the administrator team the ban was just, I am here to argue my case as i see this instance can be misinterpreted if only seen from one perspective. I am terribly sorry that the victim in this instance feels the way he/she did, I want to apologize for the way the situation played out.
