I don't remember when it happened, so it is not possible. But the fact that you take his word for it without him having to do the same is weird.

They were both in the same CAS.
This video shows me near an air battle, i am trying to not be in front of the enemy CAS gun(and panic once i see the contour of the CAS facing me, i am trying to gain speed), as well as gather information on whether or not im safe to get out of the area..
When i come towards them i get so close that i have to turn one way or another, choosing to turn left instead of right, enemy cas is going this way and is faster than me so i have no risk of colliding.. however if i'd turn right i would collide with our CAS..
At one point during this entire game i get close to enemy CAS(in the video), i get close(cause i'd rather be near friendly CAS then on my own), sway away(i had to turn somewhere once i got that close), and try to outmaneuver(turning around frantically).. Something explodes and i know its time to run.
Attempting to ram someone would be if i'd repeatedly try to fly straight into enemy CAS, or actually ramming them..
Edit: Note i only have FRAPS-free to record so i cannot record longer than 30 seconds

yeah, that only tells me a story, doesnt show us anything. Im sure there are other recording mediums out there that will show all of it. You show the last few seconds of the enemy cas which actually shows us you were in the fight the entire time, not leaving the area.

looks like at 5:09 your turning towards it, it goes by and you pursue it for a short period, friendly cas blows up and you leave the area.
