This was shown in the previous clip as well, which you said didn't show anything.

Again, i see the contour of the CAS facing me so i just try to gain speed so i am not a stationary target which i would be if i take the time to turn around in place.. The enemy CAS then starts falling into my path so i have to turn away. It may look like im focusing on the enemy CAS but a lot of that has to do with that i turn my view so that i focus on enemy CAS in the battlerecorder. I am trying to have them in view so that i can assess the situation.

the previous clip didnt show what happened before that. When i clip is NOT shown in its entirety it makes me wonder what you cut out of it. We were not there, we do not know when the engagement started, we dont know what you were doing prior to the engagement. The video shows it all and it shows us that you were in an unarmed transport helo fucking with an enemy cas helo and at one point moved toward him instead of away from him, then move in behind it to follow it until you saw the friendly cas get killed.

The reason you were reported by two different people is because unarmed vehicles generally flee an attack helo instead of flying AT an attack helo.

I thought the best choice in that situation was to stay near friendly CAS just so that i have covering fire. Might be a bad choice, but not deserving of a permanent ban.

That is true, armed transport helicopters generally flee from things like this. In my own experience i was not flying towards enemy CAS i was flying towards friendly CAS. This together with a load of radio-chatter made it seem like the best choice, which it might not be. It is a situation i can learn from, and things like this happen in battle.

its not a good choice, the enemy cas is not going to go after you first, you have no weapons. You were there to "help" the friendly cas, it didnt, it died.

What i am looking for here is not for you to judge whether a ban is warranted or not, its to reassure us you wont repeat the behavior.. Trans is trans, not a ramming tool. Once we get that assurance then we can unban you.

I definitely would not repeat this if i was ever in this situation again, it was a panicy situation and i made some bad decisions in it. However i never intended to ram anyone i promise you that.
