Banned for several months

Hello, I would like to request that I be un-banned from your server. The reason for me being banned was because of some confusion as to whether the VN-3 assault vehicle is a claimable asset under APC. This had happened before and I was kicked from the server, when I returned I observed an infantry squad using the VN-3 when I had previously been told that I could not use it for my own Infantry squad. I questioned this and was immediately temp banned. However many weeks later I tried to join your server and found that I could join again. I entered the game and found that we were playing Qwai River, the same map that I had been banned on previously. Due to the fact that I had last observed an infantry squad using the VN-3 thought that there would be no problem if I grabbed it for the infantry squad I had just joined. I spoke with the APC squad as to whether I could take it and they generally said that it should be fine, after waiting for a while and talking with the APC team about it, I teamed up with one of my squad and we left together in the VN-3. I was then warned not to do this, thinking that this must be a mistake I continued on. I was then kicked, and found that ever since I have not been able to join your server. I understand that your admins do not like it when they think that they are being ignored or disrespected and I want to say that this was in no way my intention. I just wanted to enjoy the game (I love to drive those things) in a way that I thought would help out the team and bring us to victory. I know now that if I doubt something I should read the rules or ask an admin. I would very much like to rejoin your community and I promise to observe your server rules and abide by them.

So does this mean that the ban will not be removed?

Yeah, lets adjust the story a bit so its more like the truth.

First time you were removed was on black gold were you soloed and stole the vn3 more than halfway across the map. When confronted, you started bitching and kept arguing instead of of just reading the rules which I told you several times. It ended with you going "so ban me asshole"

Then later you did the same thing again on the same map. You were warned, chose to the ignore the warnings again, and ended up banned.

The first time you did this, instead of doing what I told you, go went ahead and posted this.

When instead you should have read our rules which state:

APC squad must be named APC and can lock at 6. APc's include ATGM, IFV and Scorpion/Scimitar. All APC's take 2 crewman. Vehicles that take 1 crewman are not claimable
