Banned for several months

Was it black gold? shit I really didn't remember, it's been a few months although I pretty sure it was qwai river. I named CAS as a bad admin because he was extremely rude to me when I was trying to have a real conversation and to get the facts from him. He just said "shut it" when I asked him about he double standards I witnessed. I called CAS an ass hole and baited him to ban me because I was angy and hurt by his conduct towards me. There was a non APC squad using the VN-3, after I was told I could not use it in my squad. I questioned this and was banned for it.

On the second occasion I was sure that it wouldn't be a problem because the APC boys had told me that I could use it, I was also unaware that I could use a server command to look at the rules, I am still learning these little details like that.
Also I did not solo the Vic on the first occasion, I never do that, never even when I was terribly new to the game, I will say that you must be mistaken about this sir.
This whole thing has been a massive misunderstanding do to my (past) ignorance of things and my feeling's of hurt from the way I was spoken to from your Admin CAS.

I would very much like to rejoin your server, stick you your rules which I have now read and just generally keep my head down and enjoy the fair and balanced experience which you and the other =HOG= admins provide.

Please give me a chance to show you that I am more conscientious of your rules and willing to obey them.

It wasnt Casual it was me. You were soloing the vn3 thats a fact. Thats were all this shit started, you refusing to understand that the vn3 cant be soloed.

Actually there has been 3 incidents with you taking the vn3. In the link you can see you were kicked. And in this thead there are logs of you being tempbanned and perm banned

Which link? I cannot see these logs. I was kicked once over the VN-3, then tamp banned for questioning double standards. Then banned by you a few months later. If that all amounts to three separate incidents in your eyes then you must be right. As I said I was unaware of your rules regarding the VN-3 at the time. I also do not remember one manning the thing half way across the map but if that is what you have in your logs then I'm not going to argue with you about it because there is no point and that would be counter productive. I would like to state that half of the warnings you gave me I did not see as I was also doing other things at the time. If I had known that I was causing such a problem than I would have ceased my actions sooner.

Jevski I am very sorry for my actions and would like to apologise to you directly. I did not mean any disrespect to you in anyway. I was new to the game, distracted by other things going on and simply eager to get the VN-3 out into the field.

I am a solid player now who takes server rules very seriously as I have no intention of being banned from one ever again. Can you please let me know what your decision is in regards to this issue? I know that you are only human, and that you have no time for people who disobey the rules and cause trouble on your server. I am asking you for another chance on the =HOG= server. I will not steal any assets of any kind at anytime, I am not racist in anyway, I will not purposefully tk anybody, I will keep myself in check at all times. I'm not a bad guy dude and would like to be able to prove that to you, in the hope of us having better relations in the future.

Hello Jevski, I am wondering what happened with my ban request. After my last message I tried to get onto =HOG= and found that I was allowed access. Today I tied again and found that I am either banned again or was never un banned in the first place. This is confusing because there were at least 6 admins online when I joined the game.

I would just like to know what decision was made about me.
