Kunze Ban appeal

i was banned with zero warning or speaking to an admin after killing the guy who teamkilled me with a humvee for my sniper kit(who went unpunished for near to 10 minutes after he did it)

ive been playing pr since 0.73 i play pr for realism and teamwork, not to get teamkilled for my kit with the excuse of "we wanna be a special forces squad, give it to us or we kill you" but this continually happens to me whenever i get the sniper kit and seems only to be on hog server.

I was taking care of it, but you chose to take the logi and try to run them over in main.

actually i was circling and trying to avoid hitting them, hence why i went slow and stopped when i felt i was going to hit them, because my squad was disbanded i was waiting in main for inf to open, i felt if i stayed on foot i would be shot, and if i one manned a logi out of main i would be banned, why did you not talk to me or warn me or even attempt comms with me?

i appologize if it seemed i was trying to run them over, however i do not understand why contact was not attempted with me?

i was shot, chased down and ran over while trying to patch, was i supposed to spawn in and let them keep tking me?

unlike him i dont come on pr and try to troll or tk, i come on for teamwork, im not an asset player, i always play inf,i come on for team play, not trying to lonewolf into the cap, at the time the only inf squad not full was a russian speaking squad,

i didnt try to hit him, i tried to stop, again, i appologize if that is how it seemed, i didnt kill him (didnt see a tk notification) i dont trust someone who would follow me several grid squares to tk me over a kit.

and again why did you not attempt ANY form of comms? i used to be an admin in cia and we werent supposed to permaban without at least a warning. also as a navy veteran, seeing as you are a clan in a military based game, the military investigates before sentencing, including hearing all sides.

not to be rude, but if im not allowed to try to not get shot by a trolling tk'er, then what is the proper thing to do to avoid another 40-60 second respawn time(during which i couldnt join a squad that opened) if im stuck in main with one who wont stop?

You were not about to get shot, you had suicided after getting tked, to spawn in main, there u got in a logi and tried to run Riky over,

And yes you did hit him with the logi.

Besides it was a tempban.

The whole military thing, hearing both sides is bullshit. I was hearing one side, trying to solve the issue, I cant talk to you both can I? And while i did this, you tried to run him over.

Consider a court. Im talking to the accused, then you try to run him over outside the courthouse. Should I stop talking to him, and start talking to you so you wouldnt run him over? Or should I take immediate action?
