show me proof that i was trying to run him over, how is it that you didn't see me stop? i'm not going to delve into every possibility, i don't much like accusations being thrown at me, did i shoot him? yes, did i intentionally run him over? no, hence why he did not die, again i will say this.

and what reason did i have to believe he would not shoot me if i stayed still on foot?

i did not come here to argue, but i wont however be bullied into an admission of guilt for something i did not do, i understand shooting him was wrong, however in a court(same as military) you get both sides stories.

do i comprehend shooting him was the wrong thing to do? yes and i apologize for that, however again, i will not be intimidated/coerced into falsely admitting to something i am not guilty of, i also will not become disrespectful or attempt an arguement past the point of defending myself from false accusations.

i have been courteous and respectful to you and ask in return the respect to hear and respect what i have to say

i do thank you for your response, and for addressing the issue(its getting to be at least once per day i play pr on, ive actually been even tked for a crewman kit a few weeks back)
