Some random guy stole my kit and I tried talking to him on mumble but he never responded.
I reported it but noone did anything.
I shot him to get my kit back then I was banned.

Your tk of 3945 shows you tking with a rifleman kit.
The kill of misha is with the sniper kit you got accused of tking for.
Also, I always join Squadleaders when they are reported for not having a mic, and check myself. You didnt respond.
Hence you got kicked. Came back, and wanted the sniper kit you lost, and stole from another sqd.
Mason reported you because you joined his sqd, and took the kit and left to make your own sqd. Also the guy you tked to get the kit was in his sqd.
