I never said it was an accident. As I said before. There are many times admins take forever to do something or simply are not present.

Lets follow your logic to its conclusion.

We allow you to come back to the server. Previous history has shown you as a griefer, and you only promised to stop because you got caught - your history shows several tks that cannot be anything BUT intentional.

So. You come back, as you have done, banevading, and have you changed you behavior as you promised?

No, it hasnt. You keep tking.

So if we let you stay, we would allow anarchy, and those who you tked would most likely stop playing on our server because, its no fun getting tked, and have kits stolen.

Or we could ban you, and have the 5-7 players you have griefed so far, see that we do not allow such behavior on the server, and they return another day to play again - assured that griefer's will be banned and PR will continue to be a fun game for everybody.

So we ban 1 guy and have 5-7 players stay and play - Or we dont ban 1 guy, and 5-7 players will not return to play.

What seems most logical to you?
