I agree with Jevski. Since this is one of the few active and good servers, it's best to be cautious and contribute. You were lucky enough that they didn't notice your previous ban, so why play with fire?

Also, I'm not sure if a sniper kit is a claimable kit. Even though the TK victim (394) may very well have been a useless player, you weren't exactly being helpful.

If you feel like you've been slighted by another player, it's probably best to leave it to an admin -- be patient -- don't TK to get your way, the HOG guys don't like that.
