I don't know why I'm banned

I logged into the game today and was very surprised to see that I'm banned. I have no idea what I was banned for. Whatever I did, I apologize and I won't do it again. I'm just very confused. I wasn't banned while I was playing. I don't remember doing anything against the rules.

WTF? I had to reinstall the game, and my profiles got lost. I appealed both bans successfully, anyway. The first was because I was talking smack after I got kicked for comm-rose spam. The second was for TKing LightAndQuite in main after he threw a grenade at me. I remember both of these bans, and I remember appealing both of them. Haley, you're the one who unbanned me once. I remember because I accidentally TK'ed you on Ramiel and you said "I just unbanned you 10 minutes ago". I REMEMBER ALL OF THIS! I WAS UNBANNED! I wasn't even trying to ban evade. I just made a new name because my files got corrupted and I reinstalled. Come on, now.

I have been wrongly banned for suspected ban evasion. I have linked to the threads where my bans were lifted. What else do I need to do? I'm still currently banned.

I don't know what else to say at this point. I SHOULD NOT BE BANNED. Tell me why I'm banned. I don't know. Ban evasion? What ban? The ones that Haley lifted? The same Haley that posted in this thread? Am I still banned for complaining too much? Anyone would be mad if they got banned for no reason. Can anyone help me here?
