Banned for a very weak reason

So I was just playing on your server, it's currently 00:15 GMT so whatever time it is wherever the server is, on Muttrah.

So to start off, me and BigMoist had been playing together for the evening on your server, just chilling not even really taking anything too seriously, then we get to the Muttrah round. BigMoist manages to get a spot for us 2 in the APC squad on US, but for some reason I was switched to MEC. I made around 10+ reports asking for a switch back, no response at all, and then BigMoist was switched to MEC. Admins then explained that we were switched to balance the teams.

Do you not think it would have been better to explain that to us rather than wait till we were 5 minutes into the round?

So then we joined MEC apc squad, got in an APC and began to play, to which I jokingly said "so if we get 70 kills every round do we keep getting switched" to which I was perm banned.. is that a justifiable ban? seems a weak reason to me

I'm also being told right now that Richard is talking to BigMoist about the Qwai round, and how we apparently "baseraped". I had gotten 36 kills in the humvee that round, with not one of them being a baserape kill, so maybe you should not let your personal annoyance towards me take over when you admin your servers. I broke no rules what so ever. I play on your server regularly and have generally never had a problem with any of your admins, so this seems a very stupid ban..

Or you could not be a supreme dickhead that camps kills as they come out of main.

neither did the admin at the time? no action was taken against me for it? We were being engaged by infantry outside of the DoD, so why would I not engage them back?

It just seems the admins knew they couldn't do anything about it because I didn't break any rules so they've been looking for something to ban me for all night, and apparently complaining about their lack of communication with me is enough to warrant the ban.

No one replied to my reports, which I why I carried on reporting, I'm not stupid Haley.
Your admins were not AFK, at least 3 were playing completely ignoring reports.
No one soloed any sort of vehicle?
After BigMoist was switched to MEC we actually continued to play.

We accepted that you switched us for balance, which can be seen in your chat logs when I said "whatever" to which you sarcastically replied "thats the attitude to have", to which I replied and was perm banned.

Just to add to this, I just spoke to Hayley on your teamspeak server and he seemed very reluctant to actually state the reason for my ban, and instead turned the conversation towards the volume of my microphone before making some weird childish noises and leaving the channel. Bizarre that I am the party accused of being childish within this situation..
