Nuclear reactors are awesome, The chain reactions can be stopped and slowed by use of control rods. Im sure the videos go through that.

They're going to have to come up with a way to gather and isolate that meltdown sludge (forget the name) before it wrecks the entire Pacific eco-system. Maybe some lead-lined robotics or something.
