In case you don't know.

"Poster" got proofed to play with another nickname called "Instlnct" and as well with another nickname called "dutchBoss" from the POV clan.

As well I'm sure if you request it, HOGs head Admins will provide all the logs and hashes that already got posted.

My take (copy pasted comment from PRTA forums):

First 3 videos show nothing suspicious at all except him aiming near that one guy next to the burning truck behind the pillbox, but could just be him checking the pillbox itself (or bunker entrance).

But here is why the the last main proof video is very suspicious:

Go to 0:35 in the video and then play it at 0.25 speed. Make sure to view in fullscreen mode. His aim shifts directly on that guy and then as the guy moves slightly he even does a corresponding aim correction. Then fires his burst. To me this looks like he is reacting to the player directly.
Like pwner said, i find this to be extremely unlikely to just be a coincidence with everything taken into account.

And if he was trying to suppress the windows, why didn't he shoot through them and instead shot at the solid wall below them (the same exact spot the guy is behind from his line of sight).

On its own it is certainly not enough to prove cheating. I am still not convinced that he was cheating since it might just be a very very odd coincidence.

But imo it certainly justifies further investigation, also because on top the player got reported on both PRTA and HOG independently for suspicious activity connected to throwaway player accounts, which would be another odd coincidence.

Dutch, if you weren't cheating i apologize, but this is my honest impression.
