Autobalance is on i think, would be a good idea to disable it though, never thought about that. :)
As for debug, what do you mean exactly?

Enabling Debug so as to spawn any vehicles or kits one needs to train with.

And of course, disabling auto-balance enables a bunch of guys to all get on the same side so as to all join the same squad... one might drive vehicles across the mid-distant horizon so's the others practice trying to kill moving vehicles, for example.
