New Rule "RUSH"

I will agree that it's cheesy to rush. but in all honesty most rushes are easially delt with. with proper communication and teamplay. and "cheesing" like this involves a huge risk on it's own. it can easially backfire.

The problem why i asked new rule is that, there is a lot of new players who dont know nothing and normaly yes this is team problem because they are sleeping or just sitting in base.
But okei i got my answer
