You have to understand that there are a lot of different admins on at different times of the day. A problem player can usually get away with petty things constantly because he might be being dealt with by different admins at different times. Typically, smaller offenses are satisfied with warnings or kicks only. This means that unless a ban happens and is posted on the forums, most admins will not realize a players long history unless he conducts a "background check". Problem players can sometimes get away with a lot of small things if they are always being dealt with by different admins until a particular admin realizes and remembers that someone has already been kicked repeatedly. Another thing that happens is that problem players usually spread out their offenses over a long period of time and makes their behavior less noticeable.

In regards to your other post, we have to also focus and not overlook single players, because they can have an impact on the server and everyone else. One person can ruin the game for everyone else and that is why we don't overlook someone being an asshat, wasting valuable assets, or doing anything else to disrupt gameplay. As far as team stacking goes, I have always seen admins switching squads to make the teams a little more even. I have also done it myself. We're not always going to have rounds that end with less than a 100 ticket difference. It's impossible to maintain several rounds in a row which end very close, because an outcome is also dependent on the map and available assets to a team. So, we do try to fix teams, but understand that sometimes it's not possible to consistently maintain that and there will be times when one team completely rolls over the other.

Lastly, we all need to understand and keep in mind that as time goes by PR is gradually losing players so when we can, and in low populated rounds, we try to be a little more forgiving. Some players will learn better and fix their behavior by simply talking to them and being rational. Others, and the most serious rule breakers, need to be dealt with strictly and swiftly to prevent them from discouraging others to continue playing here.

As long as I'm here I'm going to always try and keep the server playable and fair for our regular and well behaved players who just want to have a fair and fun game. And to those whose sole purpose is to disrupt the game, I'm going to give them hell until they get tired of trying or it's just me and them and we're the last two players left in PR.

I have a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and was studying to become a prosecutor, so I have practically conditioned and trained myself to see things in a legal aspect which usually means that I have to always see the literal meaning behind most things ;)
