Ban Appeal - Halgesson

Playing Jabal at circa 01:40 UTC. I was flying Trans, delivering crates and doing my business. As I was flying very low towards a destination, literally below my flightpath was an enemy crewman. Noticing the danger and not knowing what was behind the hill, I flew lower and hit him. I believe this person was Righty, a server admin. Righty !w me for "roadkilling will get me banned". I used !r to ask what broke I exactly broke and explicitly mentioned rule 3.12, as it states the following:

3.12 No hunting for road kills, the occasional is allowed but do not go looking for road kills.

Since Righty was the solo victim of my deadly helicopter skills, i don't understand how this could be alleged "looking for roadkills. Right away, I got kicked while in flight (losing the asset) for something in the lines "When an admin tells me something, you don't discuss", by Justice. I rejoined the server and asked them why were they kicking me since no rules were being broken, and they permabanned me.

I used to be an admin so I can understand discussing over all chat over the rules is silly and that was a mistake. However, I believe Mr. Righty and Justice got a little carried with a permaban uh? If "Roadkillings with helicopters" are always forbidden as they claimed in chat, can we please make the rules clear on that aspect to avoid future misunderstandings in the future?

You were warned that road killing will get you banned. You might have tried, but you didn't kill anyone.. You weren't banned for road killing. You were banned for arguing with admins about the rules, very arrogantly might I add.

Before we get into the rules section, there is red text that states "READ THESE RULES CAREFULLY." and "we do NOT issue warnings when rules are broken". Giving you the warning was not required, but I was hoping to save you some time in the future.

Next we see, still before the numbered rules, "Respect all the admins and they will respect you. No allchat in game unless it is to report. Do not argue with admins on an issue, take it to the forums." It appears you missed the first and last sentences of that quote.

Now we get into the numbered rules, and there are two that you are trying to argue.3.11 Don’t fly helicopters upside down. Don’t waste assets, they cost tickets to your team and someone else might use them for something better. Crashing helicopters/jets because you lack the proper experience to handle them can be considered asset wasting.3.12 No hunting for road kills, the occasional is allowed but do not go looking for road kills.

I'll loop back to those, but at the bottom of the rules page, there is more red text:People that are trying to bend the rules or like testing the limits will be removed.These rules are not to be interpreted how you like, there are no "loopholes". Anyone claiming to not be breaking the rules due to it "not being in the rules" will receive an appropriate consequence.We believe in a fair play for all, and do our best to keep the server this way. Listen to admins in-game as rules will not address every scenario."
So, with all that being said, I repeat that "road killing with air assets is not allowed". It never has been allowed. The reason is that it promotes asset waste. It's the same as crashing TRANS into CAS, even while that might be beneficial to your team.

Asset waste is not allowed, and even if you happen to pull it off safely, it is still viewed as waste.
Rule 3.12 is for land vehicles, and frankly I'm not sure why we are calling it road killing while in air assets.
