I know this sounds elitist and whatnot, but why not allow the chaos to one side, and let the serious players stack on the other side.

Whitelist goes to the elitist pigs, and the chaos crybabies go to the other. The whitelisted side is strictly admined (Jevski can stomp fear all day there). The chaos side is un-admined.

If you prove to be a serious player, you get whitelisted. If you prove to be otherwise, you get sent to the pubbie side to get wrecked.

The players who want to learn how to play will git good and git whitelisted. The ones who don't care can spam mumble till they die.

If there are too many good players for the whitelist side, you'll have to play with the pubbies, sorry. First come, first serve. That'll speed up the seeding with people trying to make it onto the whitelisted side before it's too late.
