We allow shooting from main/ DOD. Noone should be skirting main or DOD. You cannot shoot down anything over the airstrip even if its 3000ft up. Battle recorder is up it we just have a new ip so it takes time to configure access to it.
You seem to be a constant problem. Why is that? How is it nearly every other player has no where near the problems u have? Do u think its everyone else or do you think it is you who is somehow different? Dont camp main. It's simple. If u are near main or DOD u are wrong. If u get shot at and fire back u are wrong. Stay away from main and DOD.

Noone is saying that when certain situation, like the last flag on this map bordering DOD, that u cannot engage....But players will exploit this...anticipate the next flag, begin stalking DOD... The problem is every map is different and would require a subset of rules for each map each flag situation, each team, exact distances and durations...it would be a nightmare of rules to understand and comply with.

The most simple way to put it is stay away from main and DOD.

There will always be exceptions.

But the majority of the time we have armor or cas trolling the edges of DOD looking to poach easy kills.

We all know the common offenders.

We all know that they make excuse after excuse.

What we want is fair game play that the majority of players can enjoy.

We dont want to make a rule for every scenario.

We want players to respect other players, play fairly and use common sense.

Having to constantly police the same players over and over indicates that they lack respect for other players, the game and lack common sense.

Banning those players makes the game play better for everyone.

If they are shooting from DOD report in game or on the forums after the game. If you don't like the outcome deal with it. Don't rule break based on your own opinion of the matter.

You are not the first player to argue about this. Just search "cas dod" with a date range of all in the forums.
It's the most common ban reason excluding slurs.

Each server has its own rules, if you want to fly on HOG you have to follow HOG rules.
